"I’m not going to finish this one. It’s a style of writing I just cannot get with and I tried, 100 pages in and I’m done. I think this is an author who is smart as heck and knows how to put words together and all but I lost interest in it."

"I began this book. Beautifully written, but supremely depressing. There is a line from the book "life is long". Maybe. However, my life isn't long enough to spend it on being pulled into a vortex of absolute despair."
