Reading (sci-fi, adventure, technical), great games, ethnic food
My Rating Scale
Awesome, rewarding, captivating and addictive. Meets all 5 gaming MUSTs fully. Presents GREAT threat to your job, relationship, school and social life. You ignore the zombie apocalypse to play this. Ex. Skyrim, Horizon Zero Dawn.
Really immersive and addicative, 4/5 game must or more, you'll consider missing work or school to play this, miss texts, set FB on Busy now, (Ex. Uncharted Series of games, Skyrim, etc.)
Very Good, top-end voices, graphics, themes, controls and story. Job and homework will suffer if this is in your home. Late return fees likely. (IMO God of War, Tomb Raider, COD)
Good, linear but captivating, often 'Very Good' for the first 1-3 months, still a lot of fun, a game you'll go back to. (Ex. Destiny, Rayman Legends, etc)
Above Average, (Ex. DnD Neverwinter)
Average, put in the work and get the rewards, fun to play with regular breaks, (Ex. PS2 HD Collections on PS3 and PS4)
Somewhat captivating and perhaps curious, play is okay, has 2/5 MUSTs (and the least important ones to you), don't buy, borrow only, will feel like farming for loot to complete it
Disappointing and barely captivating, has only 1/5 game MUST's for your enjoyment, do not buy (if bought return right away), OPL always has it in, used cost is < $8, easy to abandon (ex. Elder Scrolls Oniine, Magnus)
Waste of time and bigger waste of $, no resell value, even OPL doesn't want it back, makes a good coaster
Shouldn't exist, don't sully your console with this
