Special projects include the Let's Read summer reading campaign, early literacy play programs, the You Choose the Next Newbery and Sasquatch Children's Choice reading awards, promoting Dia de los Libros on a national level, and twisting arms of other librarians to join the crazy madness of Star Wars Reads Day.
