John's father, Thomas (Co. Limerick), first came to BC in 1953, and his mother, Elizabeth (nee O'Keeffe) (Co. Kerry) in '62. Born in '64, John graduated from the Seminary of Christ the King HS in Mission BC & obtained a teaching diploma @SFU. West Vancouver Historical Society Board Member.
