An all-time favorite. Scenes from these books live in my mind and I revisit them in my dreams

Memorable and intense. Lovely imagery and dialogue

Entertaining, well-written, but not as memorable as some others

I read it because it was a classic, required, etc. still above average

Required reading or a classic. Wasn't bad, but didn't fall in love with it

Most likely this book bored me

Read it, disliked it, can't remember it

Either the story or the writer is self-indulgent, over-the-top or it features gratuitous violence/sex for shock value

I don't recommend it.
