the chalice as a bridge, humanity (and ea person of humanity) as THE bridge on Earth - between Male & Female aspects of God. Not about androgyny, but the challenge to find balance and harmony in the midst of warring "opposites" thence becoming cooperative "complements" in appreciation of each other.
